3. If the item I want is not in ready stock, and I want to change to ready stock, is that possible?

Yes definitely. Email us and let us know, so we will advise you on ready stocks (email help@ryocon.com). If the price of new item is lower than the one you ordered before, we will issue you a cash voucher that has the same value so you can still use it the next time you shop with us.


4. How to check if the item I want is in ready stock?

Easy. Send us an order form and we will reply you within 24 hours. Order form is available here.


5. Do you accept cash on delivery?

Only in certain areas locally. Please contact us if you want this service.


6. Do you accept Bank Cash Pay-in ?

Certainly. You can pay cash at our UK or Malaysian bank account. As paypal charge 4% tax, Bank cash pay-in has no charge at all ! Contact us if you want to pay by this payment.


7. How about cheques?
